Our Principle

Luminocity AI is a privacy-first company. We collect only what we need to provide the service. We may use data internally to analyze, improve, and fix our products. We will never share, sell, or provide your data to anyone outside of Luminocity AI. This is not a negotiable position.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Certification Studio, we collect:

• Account information (name, email) when you sign up via Google
• Study activity (answers, timing, progress) to power adaptive scheduling

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve the adaptive study experience
• Schedule spaced repetition reviews at optimal intervals
• Measure question quality and improve content
• Communicate product updates and account information

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. During the beta period, study data is stored in your browser's local storage. As we transition to our production backend, data will be stored in encrypted databases.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with anyone, for any reason. Period. We do not sell it, license it, or provide it to third parties. Your study data exists to serve you and only you. The only external services that process your information are Google (for sign-in authentication) and Stripe (for payment processing, when applicable).

5. AI and Your Data

The AI tutor feature processes your questions and answers to generate explanations. Your study data is not used to train AI models. Tutor conversations are not stored beyond your active session.

6. Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
