By accessing or using Certification Studio ("the Service"), operated by Luminocity AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Certification Studio is an adaptive exam preparation tool that uses spaced repetition and AI-powered explanations to help users prepare for cloud certification exams. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis during the beta period.
3. Beta Access
The Service is currently in beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice. Beta access is provided free of charge and may be revoked at any time.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Certification Studio is a study aid. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any certification exam. Exam content, passing criteria, and formats are determined by the certifying organization and may change.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials in the Service are the property of Luminocity AI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Service content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luminocity AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
